Backend development
APIs, domain logic and data layers in C# and .NET, with clear boundaries and tests that describe behaviour. Most recently at Betsson: event-sourced microservices on Kafka, where I optimized message processing for a nearly tenfold throughput increase.
System integration
Queues, REST APIs and cloud services that talk to each other predictably. I've connected systems over Kafka at Betsson and Azure Service Bus at Plejmo, and still use Service Bus for the PDF generation in my own project Semantic CV. I help teams remove the hidden coupling that makes changes risky.
Automation & DevOps
Pipelines that make deployments boring. At Norconsult Astando I took deployments from about 45 minutes to about 5, with Octopus Deploy and TeamCity; these days it's mostly GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines. I'd rather automate a step than document it.
Architecture guidance
Decisions that still make sense in five years. I help teams pick patterns that fit the problem, skip the ones that don't, and write down why.
